This is my favorite cup of the firing, actually there are 8 of them. Experimented with a new type of Madara glaze (subbed Amakusa porcelain stone for Kamado Feldspar). Makes for a more matte surface that interacts a bit differently with the Ame glaze. It’s three glazes, 2 types of Ame and the new Madara.<\/p>\n
